New England School of the Bible

A Message from the Founder And President

Jim TownsleySeveral years ago, the Lord burdened my heart to start new England School of the Bible in order to train men and women for full-time Christian service. While offering a quality education, NESB enables these students the opportunity of them from up-rooting their families and moving to new location, and allows them to continue serving in their local churches.

Praise the Lord, since the inception in 1995, NESB has had a growing number of graduates serving the Lord as pastors and missionaries both in America and on foreign fields. Our faculty consists mostly of experienced preachers who serve as pastors in local independent Baptist churches.

We have a three-fold purpose for each student, which includes a greater love for Christ, a greater love for the Bible, and a greater love for souls. This produces better trained pastors, missionaries, Sunday School teachers, and laymen who want to serve more efficiently in their own churches. We praise the Lord for what He has accomplished in the past and look forward to even greater things for the future. (Jeremiah 33:3)

—Dr. Jim Townsley
